The prices are for the properties - i.e. not per person.
|
 | All bookings are taken on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis.
** N.B. for the festive period of 2009/2010 we are prepared
to vary this rule as we fully understand that Christmas and New Year do not
fall conveniently for Saturday arrivals and departures. |
 |
The prices are all-inclusive of oil for the Rayburn cooker, electricity
and bed linen, and an initial supply of fuel (for the
open fire). |
 |
N.B. Towels are not supplied,
and you should please bring your own towels with you.
|
 |
In order to place a booking, we require payment of a 20% non-refundable
deposit together with completion of our Booking Form (which we will post to
you if you advise us that you wish to proceed with a definite booking). The remaining balance is then payable 6 weeks before the commencement
of your holiday. |
 |
If there are less than 6 weeks remaining at the time of
placing your booking, we require payment in full.
|
 |
In the event of cancellation after the holiday has been paid for in
full, the 80% balance in excess of the deposit is refundable ONLY
if we are able to obtain an alternative booking in time. As stated above,
the 20% deposit is non-refundable. |
 |
As a small business, we are unable to include cancellation protection
with your booking. We strongly recommend, therefore, that
you make your own arrangements for appropriate holiday cancellation insurance to protect against
unforeseen circumstances. Your insurance company or insurance broker should
be able to assist in this regard.
