The kitchen at Stalker's Cottage, Lochcarron, Wester Ross
The kitchen in Stalker's Cottage was completely re-fitted during the renovation work which was completed in July 2003.
It is well equipped with an oil-fired Rayburn cooker (which also heats the hot water), a fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. In addition, there is a microwave, an electric mini cooker unit set on the worktop (not shown in the above photo) and a small portable gas hob, as well as the usual small appliances - kettle, toaster, etc.
